366: June 5, 2012

Well, I thought yesterday's picture was bad. Turns out today's is even worse. I got a kick out of "Kosher Dog Food" - who knew? Let's hope tomorrow's picture is nice, shall we?

366: June 4, 2012

This is the lamest picture ever, but it's my new favorite supplement ever. Seasonal allergies? Gone, in under an hour. Gone. Gone! It worked for both me and Luke today, we are so happy. Take that, cottonwood and scotch broom.

366: June 2, 2012

I can keep track of the date, isn't that better? Anyway, strange stuff in the sky today, I guess it was caused by ice crystals, since there was no rain. The sky is smiling :)

366: Another Misc. Week

Well, I got off track, didn't I? First sick, then my computer died, then I was trying to figure out how to salvage my computer data and 6 years of my digital life... and then the whole, what kind of computer to get? I wanted a Mac, but the timing is bad - new ones are coming out in a month or two... what to do? Well, I'm writing here on my new PC. I kind of love it. Not as much as a Mac... but it's got 14 GB of RAM. 14! And a big screen. And it's quiet. So quiet and not burning up my lap. And it cost less than half the price of a Mac that would have only had 8 GB of RAM... and it has tons and tons of room for photos.  Kind of amazing, right? Oh well, maybe when this one dies I'll get that Mac.

I have been taking photos, but I have not been keeping track of the day. Here's what I have.... all from my cell phone, but I look forward to pulling out my real camera again, now that I have a computer that will let me download them and process them again.

366: This week

Huh. I thought I posted... I guess not. That's what happens when you get sick and lose track of time, I guess. I think I'm missing a day. Or maybe not.

So... what day is it? I'll figure it out tomorrow...

366: Day 131

There is a big old puppy, stealing my heart... and making Old Zoe very jealous. Also, there is big news: Luke made a premier soccer team - very exciting! Also exciting is finding a bag of vintage shades... and digging them! And yet more excitement, a beautiful bead I ordered from Maggie Towne arrived - you should go get one yourself, she's got a bunch at crazy low prices. She sent me this great art card too, with cameras - I love it!

366: Day 128

More beautiful sunshine, some beads from the kiln, some solar printmaking, some rows of lettuce planted... and then walked on by chickens.

366: Day 125

Luke and I went to The Whole Bead Show at the Lynnwood Convention center today, mostly just to see some  of my beady peeps from Facebook, but I got lucky and saw that Andrea Guarino-Slemmons was still making and selling these hearts. I've always wanted one, and now I'm wearing one. Happy!

355: Day 123

Sounders beat Galaxy, that's good. Two thirds of the state tests are over, good too. Upgraded the new iPad, very pleased.

366: Day 122

Three good things: a trip to the favorite old farm, a really good private soccer training session, and fun with the new iPad.
