What's with all the Studio Shots?

You might have been asking yourself "what is with this girl and all her studio photos?" or "Goodness, she takes way too many pictures of her work space and not enough time working in it" or something of the sort. Well, I'm here to tell you there is a reason to my madness, it's that someone has asked me if he could put my studio into a book he is creating and publishing in England about sheds and backyard workplaces. Exciting! SO of course I had to clean up and take some new shots, right? Anyway, sometime next summer, my little studio might be published! And Zoe too, because she posed for me while I had the camera out.

  1. Oh...I totally love that you posted pictures of your studio! My dream is to have a studio in my backyard someday. Actually, my dream is to have a backyard to put a studio in! LOL :) Yours is awesome!

  2. I envy your studio too! I would love a separate place to work. If I had one, I might be able to turn off the light, lock the door, and do some non-work things once in a while!

Oh, and is your dog named Zoe? Mine is too! Byt with a Y at the end. ZoZo!

  3. Yep, Zoe is my black dog, Kesia is my blonde one, good old girl. Zoey with a Y would have been better, then people would say it right... like at the vets and stuff.

I hope you both get your very own dream studios someday soon - Melanie, I don't know why you would want to turn your lights off to get stuff done though - are you needing a nice nap? :D

  4. Really, peole say Zoe wrong? How to they say it, just ZO or ZOA?

LOL! Yes my comment really sounded like I want to do non work in my studio with the lights off and door locked! My, how kinky?

Of course I meant, I would want to *leave* the studio behind me sometimes, lock myself out.

    Apparently, I *DO* need a nap! :p
