In Love With the Desert

Here is something I never thought would happen as I'm a junkie for all things ocean and all things green and lush.... but it did: I love the desert! The colors and textures and sunshine - it's amazing. So much better in person than any photograph will ever show. I can't wait to go visit it again.

    I can see why you're in love with the desert, Pam! Those pictures make me want to hike in that area someday.

    Pam I can fully understand your love of both the desert AND the sea.
    Your photo's are fabulous & make me almost drool with envy.

    I dont think I could ever live anywhere to far from water - in view of it would be my idea of perfection.
    But at the same time I am incredibly drawn to the desert...it's colours, the somewhat barren landscapes & I'd love to see both a desrt sunset & a storm in my lifetime.
    We dont have any deserts here in NZ - but more coastline than you can imagine.lol!
