ABC's

Luke has just not been interested in learning his alphabet. Stubbornly refuses to even try. Blocks his ears if I try singing it to him. Wouldn't get past his attempt at a shortened version: "A B C D F And G, X Y Z". I haven't been worried about it because he can count up to 100 and can do some simple math, and even reads a handful of words... but then... he saw a boy on TV burping out his ABCs and so NOW.... my sweet boy is walking around the house, trying to do the same. Amazing what motivates. That damn TV. Certainly a mixed blessing, as I'm sure he will have it mastered in no time.
